Order Processing
Orders are processed Mon–Fri during normal business hours.
Handcrafted in Mount Pleasant, WI
All hourglass cases are handcrafted in our shop located in Wisconsin. They are made one at a time. In most cases we ask that you allow a minimum 3–4 weeks after an order is placed before it will be ready to ship.
Empty Unmounted Hourglasses
Empty unmounted hourglass orders are generally shipped within a few days after an order is processed. They normally take an additional 3–5 business days to arrive after shipping.
Return Policy
Personalized hourglasses are not returnable.
